In the Gavlehov arena area, in proximity to the football arena, harness race track and ice hockey arena, Rosewood Properties is developing a completely new and innovative district, Arenastaden, together with Gävle municipality. Gavlehov 1 represents the first part, where Rosewood already has an approved local development plan and several building permits.
