Stockholm is growing and there is currently broad consensus that we have a housing shortage in the city. Working with Lomar architects, Rosewood has created a proposal for an improvement of the district planned in southern Kista. Kista is an expansive area at present, with proximity to green spaces, retail and good communication links to the city.
In Kista, Rosewood has presented a brand new vision for the district. There is planning here for a total of 500,000 GFA in all forms of tenure, commercial and residential. 100,000 sq.m. is planned for commercial premises, with the aim of creating an effective noise barrier from traffic on the E4. The majority will be residential buildings.
Rosewood is planning a 120-metre-high tower of 35 floors in collaboration with Lomar architects. Apartments of varying sizes will be offered here. We will create modern, environmentally-smart homes that will differ from typical architecture.
Kista Boulevard will be close to the E4 exit at the E18 intersection. This makes Kista Boulevard the new district where communication links, retail and proximity to green spaces are evident throughout the area. The project also includes a new exit from the E4 to connect and facilitate communication for the newly planned district.
